Birshen Ibryamova is born on 26th October 1978 and has a proven track record of successful management and a leading role in the formulation of policies and strategies. From June 2017 she is the Executive Director of Liberal Integration Foundation (Member of ELF) and member of the Board of Directors and in this capacity is responsible for the financial planning and the development of the organisation.

Mustafa Karadayi was born on May 08, 1970 in the village of Borino, Smolyan region. He graduated in the Major “Economics” from the University of National and World Economy - Sofia. He has studied Mathematics at the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski”.

Ilhan Kyuchyuk was born on September 16, 1985 in the town of Sevlievo. He graduated “Political Sciences” and “Law” from the St. St. Cyril and Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo.
